I completely agree. The nervous system and inflammation are so closely linked, yet often treated as separate conversations. Michelle’s story puts words to something many people live through, and that five-phase approach feels both grounded and genuinely usable for others.

Several of my readers have DM’d me, commented on my articles, or messaged me on Instagram to say they want to learn more about this topic. Last year, I also attended some yoga classes called MediYoga. It was new to me, and it focused on regulating the nervous system through specific breathing techniques. After my first class, the teacher told me that this is also offered and used in hospitals in Norway.
